was incorporated in Kenya in the year 2004. Othmar & Günter,
the pilots of the company are both experienced international
commercial Balloon Pilots with a wealth of experience as well
as an impeccable safety record. Both have been operating in
the hot air balloon ride business since the 1980's in the
Austrian Alps and have time and again gathered their exceptional
experience around the entire globe: Turkey, China, Caribbean,
Saharan Desert, USA, Sri Lanka as well as in many European
countries.
Both pilots also regularly participated in the world's most
challenging ballooning competitions such as the Gordon Bennett
Gas Ballooning Race, or diverse other national championships.
Günter is the holder of FAI Ballooning World Records
of which he has set up 10 - all with entries in the Guinness
Book of Records.
Through our Partnership with Kibo Slopes Safaris Ltd, an established
Adventure Tour Operator in East Africa and Member of the Kenyan
Association of Tour Operators, we have a sound infrastructure
in Nairobi and Arusha. Kibo Slopes Safaris organizes high
altitude adventure treks on Kilimanjaro, Mt. Kenya, Mt. Meru
and Mt. Elgon besides wildlife safaris all over East Africa.
Their expertise in adventure tourism, developed since 1991,
is the basis of our ground operations. |
